In 2000 we've made our first investment in an area we had no understanding of.

Since then, we've been working in industries where there are no simple solutions or playbooks. We invest in challenging domains and high-risk ideas. We like the strategy and sacrifice the short-term gains for long-term success. We were inclusive and multicultural before these became a trend. We can be jerks and follow the herd if these are the right things to do. We do mistakes and failures on an ongoing basis. We follow our vision unless we encounter something we are sure will be our more efficient vision. We don’t like the responsibility but take it all the time.​
